Monthly Maintenance

During a monthly maintenance, the server environment is the main focus.

• Server Hardware Cleaning (shutdown & opening of server)

Quarterly Maintenance

During Quarterly Maintenance, the light Desktop maintenance is performed plus:

• Monthly Maintenance Desktop
• Service Packs and Security Patch installation
• Desktop Virus Scanning Validation
• Desktop Disk Defragmentation

Semi-Annual Maintenance

Semi-Annually, heavy desktop maintenance is performed in addition to Quarterly Maintenance

• Desktop Hardware Cleaning (shutdown & opening of server)

Periodic Ad-Hoc Maintenance

Ad-hoc maintenance is performed based upon the needs to the company, these items can include major software upgrades (e.g. new version of MS Office is released) emergency maintenance requests (computer won’t boot, file restore needed, etc).
